T4 – Grand Town House with Four Bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms

This Grand Town House has a ground floor entrance into a long hall with storage cupboards and a cloakroom, which leads to a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar serving a comfortable living and dining room with a wood burning stove.

Patio doors open from the living room onto a private south facing garden terrace.

Stairs lead from the living room to two double bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe, and each bedroom with an en-ensuite bathroom, a bath and a shower.

The stairs continue to the second floor which also has two double bedrooms with single beds and a wardrobe, and both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.

Stairs continue to the roof terrace which has an outdoor kitchen area complete with sink unit and a fridge, and patio garden furniture that includes a table with eight chairs, four sun loungers and sun shades.

There is also a wooden pergola and a built-in charcoal fired barbecue.

The roof terrace offers spectacular views over the Pinhal Golf course down to the sea, and also over the Pool in Garden Square to the Princess Garden Restaurant.

T5 – Five Bedroom Grand Town House - with three bathrooms, one as an en-suite

This Grand Town House has a ground floor entrance into a hall with store cupboards and an ajoining separate cloakroom which then leads into a comfortable living and dining room with a log fireplace, and a separate fully fitted kitchen.

Patio doors open from the living room onto a south facing garden terrace.

Stairs lead up from the living room to the main bedroom which has a built-in wardrobe and a separate ensuite bathroom, and two double bedrooms that share the main bathroom.

The stairs continue to the second floor that has two double bedrooms that share a third bathroom with a jacussi bath and a separate shower.

The stairs continue to the roof terrace that has a sink with a fridge and outdoor garden furniture, with sun loungers and sunshades and a built-in charcoal fired barbecue.

There are spectacular views from this roof terrace over the Pinhal Golf course all the way down to the sea, and over the pool in Garden Square to the Princess Garden Restaurant.

Standard Equipment:

Grand Town Houses are fully equipped and furnished with single beds in each bedroom which can be put together to make a double.  Fitted kitchens have a Fridge and a freezer, and there is an electric hob and an electric oven. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle; a toaster, and a microwave oven. 

There is cabled TV with about 28 channels, mostly in English.

Electric heaters and electric fans are available according to the season.

Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater - there is no gas in the apartment.

A clothes drier, ironing board and an iron are also included.
