T2 - Two Bedroom Garden or Terrace Apartments - all on one floor with a patio garden or private roof terrace

These are situated on the ground floor with a patio garden, or on the first floor, with a balcony or with stairs up to a private roof terrace. The front door opens into a hall or living and dining room and there is a separate fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. The hall leads to both bedrooms that have either one, or sometimes two bathrooms, with a bath with a shower over it, or sometimes just a shower, and a basin and WC.

Patio gardens and roof terraces are equipped with outdoor garden furniture that includes a table and four chairs, two sun loungers, a sunshade and a charcoal fired barbecue.

T2 - Two Bedroom Duplex Maisonettes - An apartment on two floors with a private roof terrace

These apartments have first floor access into a living and dining room furnished with a sofa and arm chair and coffee table. All apartments have a TV with a remote control and about 28 channels which are mostly in English. There is a dining table with four chairs and a separate fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a separate cloakroom with a  basin and WC, and some with a shower, and a cupboard with a safe available to rent.

Internal stairs lead to a second floor landing area and two double bedrooms with one bathroom, that has a bath with a shower, or sometimes just a shower, basin and WC.

The stairs continue up to the private roof terrace which is furnished with a table and two chairs, two sun loungers, a sunshade, and a charcoal fired barbecue.

Standard Equipment:

All apartments have a fridge, an electric hob and an oven. There is a washing machine, a kettle, toaster and microwave oven. There are Electric heaters, or electric fans available according to the season. Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater. There is no gas in the apartment.

There is a clothes drier, ironing board and iron also included as standard.
