T1  -  One Bedroom Apartment

This is an apartment with one bathroom that has a bath with a shower over it, and the separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds, with a bedside table. There is a wardrobe in the hall cupboard.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar serving to a spacious living and dining room that has a log fireplace.

There is a sofa and an armchair, a coffee table, and TV with a remote control to about 28 channels, which are mostly in English. Patio doors open from the living room and from the bedroom, onto a patio garden.

Standard Equipment:

All apartments have a fridge, an electric hob and an oven. There is a washing machine; a kettle; a toaster and a microwave oven. There are electric heaters and/or electric fans available according to the season. Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater, and there is a clothes drier, an ironing board and an iron also included. Patio garden furniture and a charcoal fired barbecue are provided on the terrace.
