T0  -  Studio Apartments

All Studios are furnished with two single beds and a bedside table. There is a built-in wardrobe with a safe and key available for rent from our reception.

The living area has a sofa and an armchair, coffee table and a TV with a remote control for about 28 channels which are mostly in English.

There is a separate bathroom with a bath and or a shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen leads off the living area which has a sink, fitted cabinets and a dining table with two chairs.

Studios can be on the ground floor, or the 1st, or the 2nd floor and most of them have access to either a patio garden, or a balcony, or a roof terrace. All apartments give access to all three swimming pools that are accessed using a magnetic swipe card that is available from our Reception on payment of €20 as a deposit which is fully refundable before you leave.

Standard Equipment:

All apartments have a fridge, an electric hob and an oven. There is also a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave oven. Electric heaters or electric fans, are available according on the season. Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater. There is no gas in the apartments.

There is also a clothes drier, ironing board and an iron also included in all the apartments

Garden furniture is provided on patio terraces and roof terraces as appropriate.

All the apartments give access to three swimming pools in The Old Village. There are also three magnificent Restaurants to try, as well as several snack bars, coffee shops and a Supermarket, which is open every day from 8.00am - 8.00pm all the year round.

You can walk down the hill to the Marina in about 10 - 15 minutes, or to the Tennis Centre in about 5 minutes.

Courts, rackets and balls are available to rent or buy

Taxis are always available from our reception.
